What's wrong with other cabins/motels?
Because we offer "PRIVACY", a
well-maintained cabins loaded
with amenities at very competitive rates. We will even match rates.
Most hotels/motels offer NO privacy, are small "All in One" rooms & all look
alike... . Other cabin companies are not as private as they appear!!
Our cabins are PRIVATE, in a
(no maids to disturb you) & fully furnished with lots
of "extra" touches such as color-coordinated linens giving it that personal
touch and uniqueness making your visit more pleasant, enjoyable and relaxing.
Staying in our cabins, you don't have to share Parking space, Hot tub; Pool
table; Picnic area, W/D. All these amenities and much more are in each
cabin...Your cabin! Hotel/motel rates are $55-$150 per night for a little
"matchbox". Our one bedroom rates per night $120-$165 and NO Hidden Fees for the following: 1 bed, 1 bath,
living room, dining room, kitchen, deck and much more. After comparing, why
would you want to stay in a hotel or motel?
Do you allow pets?
We're sorry, but at this time
we do not allow pets in any of our cabins.
Do we need to clean the place when we leave?
While you are not expected to
"clean," you are expected to clean-up after yourself by leaving the cabin in
the same "order" that you found it. Please gather and bag all your trash and
place it in the outside cans. We also appreciate it if you wash your dishes
and put them up.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 3:00 P.M. Out of
courtesy to our next guests coming in, we cannot make exceptions to our 10:00

do I make my reservation? Do you require a deposit? If so, how much?
For quickest answers to availability of the cabin you'd like to

The reservation deposit required is 50% of the total on your stay. Reservation
will be cancelled if dep. is not received within 5 days you booked your
reservation. Required age to rent:1 BR-min. 21 or older 2 BR or
larger-25 years of age.
What happens if I can't make it due to
medical and/or weather emergency?
If your plans change, you may receive 80% of your deposit
back if you cancel at least 4 weeks prior to stay. The 20% covers costs in
processing your reservation.
If you cancel within 4 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival, for any reason,
your deposit is non-refundable. No refunds on early departures or weather
What do we need to bring? What do you
All you need to bring are your
clothes. You can purchase groceries when you arrive. All our cabins are
completely furnished with kitchen glassware, dishes, utensils, pots, pans,
toaster, microwave, salt & pepper, stove, oven, coffee maker with supplies,
all your bed linens with extra blankets and pillows, towels, toilet tissue,
Kleenex, paper towels, napkins, bath soap, dish soap, W/D with detergent, iron
and ironing board, BBQ grill with charcoal and lighter fluid, VCR with movie
library, A/C and firewood with kindling (in season Oct-Mar)

The cabins are located
in a SECURED environment in the Wear
Valley area of Pigeon Forge Tennessee.
